OUR SAUNA: Full-Spectrum Infrared therapy is a natural treatment that uses different infrared wavelengths to promote a host of health benefits. Infrared heaters warm the body in the same manner as natural sunlight. Instead of heating the air within the enclosure, infrared saunas heat the body directly. The result is comfortably luxurious lounging with deeper tissue penetration.
